Sheet vinyl is a flooring product that comes on rolls typically 6-foot or 12-foot-wide. Sheet vinyl is most often a printed product where the wood or tile look design is printed onto a vinyl roll. After the image is printed onto the vinyl a backing and a wear layer are added into the construction of the product. The backing of the sheet vinyl product could be a felt backing, vinyl-based backing and or a modified backing system that includes fiberglass.
