We install carpet after the old flooring has been pulled up, vacuumed the subfloor before the new carpet and padding is installed to minimize dirt and dust. Consider that your new flooring needs to be installed over a structurally sound subfloor. Any damage from water, pest or other problems should be repaired or taken care of prior to carpet installation.

We install hardwood floors by glueing them to the subfloor or floating them by an interlocking system over the right condition of subfloor. Engineered hardwood is produced with three to five different layers of wood. The layers are then stacked by a cross-grain configuration and heat processed to bond together. This type hardwood is unlikely to be affected by the changes in humidity and can be installed at all levels of a home.

We install sheet vinyl differently depending on the backing of the product. We install traditional fiberglass-backed and composite stone-backed products by a modified loose lay or a full-spread permanent or releasable adhesive. When we install a felt-back product they usually require a permanent full-spread adhesive, although select products can be perimeter bonded.

We install vinyl plank by a glue-less tongue and groove locking system, also known as click together vinyl plank. Vinyl plank can be installed directly over most existing subfloors, except for carpet, laminate, and cushioned vinyl flooring which will have to be removed during install. 

We offer two different types of binding edges for rugs that are specifically measured to fit your living space. One binding you can choose from is a flat edge polyester binding tape, the other is a cotton looped serge tape. Whether your rug be special ordered or a remnant we have in-stock, we can bind it to make the perfect touch in your home.  

We sell but do not install tile and wallpaper but don't be worried, we only recommend the best!  We often suggest that you use someone local to install any of your tile or wallpaper needs. As you may know, calling in someone from out of town can become pretty expensive when you start figuring price range. Call our store for more details on who we recommend for you!
